After a bad storm, the hotel suffered some damage due to flooding but this was dealt with very efficiently and did not affect our stay at all. Full marks to the staff.

This place was just what we had hoped for, would recommend. Generally, loved this great looking and exceptional accommodation with amicable staff with friendly service and helpful service from the staff. The location was particularly good and perfect, for example, Basilica Vega Del Mar was relatively near the hotel.

Poor air conditioning efficiency!!! Constant noise from nearby kitchens and housekeeping made sleep difficult!!! Lock issues on public toilets could easily be fixed for more convenience!!!

We just spent 7 nights in a fantastic family junior suite and loved the amazing spa facilities and the outdoor pool. Relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day was a treat! The only downside was the pool opening time at 11am, but overall, we had a great experience. 🌟

Great spot but some hiccups
The location is super convenient for walking to San Pedro. Room was nice and clean, but the shower was a mess, constantly changing temp. The kids' pool seriously needed cleaning. Breakfast was solid, and the bar had decent options, just super slow service. Overall a mix of good and not-so-great moments!
